I took something comfortable to wear for the journey home. You probably won't be able to lift your arms very well so something that is easy to put on..maybe a front fastening night shirt or something like that
Lots of magazines, took lucozade, some snacks (I was very hungry when I started to eat).. Phone charger..normal wash stuff (maybe face wipes)
Can't think of anything else that I took at mo..x

Comfy front fastening clothes and slip on shoes. Plenty of entertainment and some snacks. Basic wash bag, electric toothbrush if you have one, the jiggling of a normal one will be sore.

I wore track suit bottoms and a zip up top to the clinic so I could wear them on the way home and didn't need to pack extra clothes. I took button up pyjamas but didn't end up wearing them as I stayed in the gown they gave me. I took an electric toothbrush, toothpaste, face wipes, lip balm, iPad, phone and chargers and some cereal bars, x
