How much can our skin actually stretch? im just wondering how the hell these implants will get fitted and il get sewed up again haha, as at the moment I have tight skin and not tissue underneath Lol! I know its a daft question but surely you know what I mean.. should I use any creams to help the skin before this? I have to know everything!! sorry haha xx

Re: skin stretch
I was panicking that they wouldn't fit the implant in to my tiny pre op boobies. Kept thinking that the surgeon would cut into my rib cage but all is fine, don't worry you'll be in safe hands x
