Hi

This may be a stupid question but I am going to get my eyelashes done tomorrow, I am only 11 days po. I am obviously still sleeping at an angle ish.... Will I be ok laying flat for about 45 mins to an hour... X

Also how long do we sleep at 45 degrees for? I can't remember what they said... X

My PS said I only had to sleep up for a few days, I did for 10, been sleeping flat since so I think you would be fine xx

The physio have me exercises which I need to do lying down so it can't be that bad. Can you lie down and get up comfortably? Xx

Yeah my abs are like steel now I can lay from flat to up right it's no effort, all this no arm use has done some good x

Maybe just ring your clinic and see what they say. My surgeon said that it's only necessary to let fluids drain, swelling etc for first few days, I just did it until all the air bubbles and squelching went x

I was fine to go ahead I did mention to the surgeon and he said aslong as it wasnt for hours and I was comfortable then its was ok and I had mine done a couple of days after both my ops xx
