Hi ladies, please can you recommend a comfy sports bra. I have a zip up asda one which was comfy but is now baggy almost 3 weeks on and just not supportive any more, and they've sold out on the website now. I also have a couple of shock absorbers but they are hurting after a while so I'm having to swap bras throughout the day.

Thank you x

I have the high impact from m&s but I tried on the extra high impact which I hadn't bought as I thought it would be extra tight but it's so comfy much nicer material and no annoying seam inside x

Thanks ladies. I popped down to M&S for a quick measure and I am miles more comfy but I'm getting tight towards the end of the day and a little uncomfy. Can I wear a less restricting bra for bed or is it best not to risk it?

Thanks x

As nice as it would be I wouldn't risk it unless advised by surgeon. I've been told mine needs to be on all the time xx

Ahh I kind of knew the answer lol. I was thinking of putting the one on I have just swapped from but it's a bit baggy now and not as supportive but soooo comfy lol. Oh well, I'm almost half way :)
