I'm still freaking
Ok - I've got my self into such a state these past few days and feel in two mind whether to proceed with my surgery on Monday
Feel silly writing this as its only me that can make my own mind up.
Basically it's purely fear that I will have something go wrong, double bubble, bad scars etc and I will need a re op. I don't think I could cope very well if this happens to me. When I look online (not necessarily on here) I see it a lot.
I've been teary for days , lost weight & am in abit of a state.
I think part of it is nerves & worry that an uplift is quite big surgery and the rest is worry.
Do upsetting as only a while ago I was excited :(
I've emailed the surgeons secretary & hopefully he will call me tonight - maybe that will help but I really need to sort my head our tonight
Help.........

Oh Hun, this ba journey is a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions, and you're bound to feel nervous and anxious .
There is a risk of complication however it is small. In fact when you think about it there's a risk in everything we do even going out in the car, there's a risk we could crash, have a bump or get from a to b without any problems.
There been thousands of women on here and not on here that have had uplifts and Bas and successfully, the risk is small Hun and looking at the larger picture and the outcome it's going to be worth it and you'll get through it just fine.
Just remember if you were to have a complication it's nothing that couldn't be fixed simply.
We all get there from a to (DD) in the end wether that be straight or the scenic route!
Please don't worry about something that hasn't even happened yet! You'll be fine Hun, and can assure you once all done and healing / healed you'll be wondering why you worrying in the first place x

Hey Hun sorry you are feeling that way ;( I think everyone has these doubts and it can't be helped as the risks we are facing are very real albeit hopefully rare for most ladies.
For me the deciding factor was the fact I was so unhappy with my breasts I was willing to face these risks and deal with them if & when they happen! Which I'm hoping & praying never will! Bit if they do I'm reassured I have a decent aftercare package and chose a surgeon I trust! There's nothing else I could if done or research I wanted to do I was 100% happy with my final decision and went with my instincts. I am genuinely over the moon with my results & I'm sure you would be too but ONLY YOU can make that decision babe!! xxx

Hey Hun, I'm so sorry your feeling so down the last few days and getting yourself in a state, sending you big hugs. I can't add to the things the lovely ladies have said above really other than people cope with things so differently, I'm sure your surgeon will reassure you and I really hope you go ahead. Lots of love to you xx
