Double bubble I believe is where the implant slides beneath the crease....bottoming out is the implant falls to the bottom of the breast....I guess the more experienced ladies will confirm...xx

Bottoming out is where the implants falls below the crease too far, this can happen with overs or unders , classic characteristics are nipple too high on the breast mound, crease on the breast a substantial way up, misshapen breasts.

Double bubble is where the implant looks separate to the natural breast tissue , giving a two boob effect or what looks like double boob, characteristics are two boob loo, or having a big large ridge. This is more common with unders

I thought double bubble was more common with unders where the tissue hangs under the implant which is higher up under the muscle x

This is snoopy deformity where implant is in the right place but breast tissue hangs/ sags of the implant giving a full upper pole appearance with nipple positioned low and sometimes pointing downwards, this is more common when pre BA there is sag and maybe an uplift is needed . X
