I think it depends on how comfortable you will find it........a wgole night without a bra 4 weeks post op wpuld have made my boobs ache & not only that with all the drinking/drunk people id want the support & protection of the sports bra incase anyone hit into them!
I had a party 2 weeks after my op but found a really nice dress from river island that i could still wear a bra with

Re: whats your opinion!
I'd ask your surgeon/clinic hun.
If your requested to wear your sportsbra 24/7 for a specified amount of time by your surgeon then that's what you should do to get the best from 'your' recovery hunni, remember what might be right forone lady isn't necessarily the right thing for all and it's just not worth risking your healing for the sake of a night out in my opinion. But if your surgeon/clinic feel your healing well enough to go braless then enjoy babe! xx
