Re: One week to go
I don't think we've had the pleasure of cyber meeting....so, HELLO Gale
This last week is the best! don't be surprised however if you have bouts of panic thrown in there too - all very normal and just the 'pre-op jitters'
If you have time maybe make time for your legs, brows and armpits to be waxed. They last longer than being shaved and its a girly chore that can be tiresome and sometimes hard if you've a lot of swelling to get under the arm.
Plan yourself a proper pamper evening for the night before surgery - I'm unsure if you're using Hibiscrub before surgery (I did) its an anti bacterial wash that you use the evening before and the morning of surgery to prep your body. Once I did that I did myself a nice facial, scrup, mud pack, cleanse, toner and moisturise, so I could feel my skin felt all nice with it being make-up free eek! And also a nice mani and pedi, so again, you know your fingers and toes all looked perfect. Ok so I'm a bit of a perfectionist but it does help those hours fly by rather than just sitting.....waiting lol.
If you feel you need a bit of a boost, then reading the stories our lovely ladies have left here for you to read is an amazing tonic! Just reading their experiences and how happy they ALL are has your endorphins jumping around every part of your body!
Oooooo 'cited for ya!

Re: One week to go
Lovely to meet you too cookie :-) thank you for the tips I was debating over waxing beforehand but after what you and tink have said definately think it's a good idea! I have not heard of that scrub I will look into it if you can buy it. I have had some pre jitters especially after my surgeon told me that one boob sits slightly higher than the other the crease that is (can't believe I didn't notice!) and makes me wonder if it will be more noticeable after?! Not that they are to pretty now! xx

Re: One week to go
I really enjoyed the week before my op. It was like waiting for Xmas!!! I love all the preparation and planning for things so it was right up my street. Enjoy every minute of it as it goes so quick. I can't believe it is nearly I week since I had mine done.

Re: One week to go
This week will fly by Hun. I did get my legs wakes before hand which was a life saver. Should have got my underarms done too really but last time I had it done she butchered me so put me off having it done again, but I have had so much swelling I still can't really get to them 15 days post op.
Enjoy the run up to your special day babe and enjoy. Xx

Re: One week to go
Wowieeee, I bet you're super duper excited aren't you?!!
Trust me this week will go so fast yet it will seem like the longest week of your life at the same time hahaha! I was thinking and breathing boobs in the week leading up to my BA.. I just couldn't stop thinking that about the fact that I was finally getting my boobs haha!
Enjoy this week, honey, because you'll be so excited and it will be such a memorable experience for you to look back on! :) Get all prepared and rev that excitement up, honey, because your boobies are on their way!! ;)
