Silly question,..... take 2 lol
Well I've been thinking
The macom bra or a sports bra holds your boobs firmly in place.
So my question is Will they drop whilst I'm wearing my macom 24/7??

I don't know the answer to this question but I wonder if even surgeons have the same answer on it as some say no bra or something like a belvia which is far from supportive but I would guess the really supportive bras are a good idea in the initial stages of healing?! xx 2 weeks today! :-)

Yes. You have to think of it in terms of two separate things. The bra is there to keep the implant steady and in place so that it can adhere to the pocket. Dropping is more with the skin stretching and muscles allowing for it to sit in the right place. Does that make sense? Im sure someone can explain it better. But yes, they will still drop in your macom!

My surgeon said he's never seen a macom before but was really impressed with it and would be recommending it!! X

Charlii's answer seems to be spot on! The dropping is all happening internally and your bra is there to hold the external boob in place and keep it protected from any impact :)
I wear a bra 24/7 and my boobs are dropping (not sure about fluffing yet haha)
I hope you're okay, honey :) xxxx

I bought macom, m&s sports bra and a belvia bra. Took all 3 to hospital with me & surgeon chose belvia! Might be due to probs I had today though, said he prefered me to wear loose fitting sports bra after swelling subsides, all surgeons have a preference I guess xx

Hey,
I took my two macoms and my m&s zip front bra to hospital with me and all the nurses said how easy to get on and off they were also when I went for post op check even my surgeon commemted on my macom so I think he might suggest the macom or zip front sports bras for other girls having ba's.

I had to wear a bra the first time I had my BA but then my implants never dropped at all and I am now in no bra and a compression band to help push the implants down and the no bra is so theres no support at all
