so i had my second consultation today with mr hassan suliman i thought he was great answered all my questions drawned plenty of diagrams and showed me some of his work that his done he told me i need a full uplift and he recommened Natrelle round 380cc or 400cc. When i had my first consultation with mr paganali he said i would only need a nipple lift and he would suggest 445cc or 470ccnow im confused cause they have both told me different things. mr paganali cost was £4600 and mr suliman cost was £5800 x

Did u ask them both why they suggested what they did xx

As Tink says I think you should definitely get a third opinion and see what he says. It's clear that Mr suliman's is costing more because he said you need a full uplift too. Get a third opinion as you might not necessarily need a full uplift and therefore don't want to have to pay for it if it's not needed.

You should also ask about the sizes as well and ask if you can try some of the sizers on to get an image of what you'll look like with them.

If you do book another consultation then a massive good luck with it!! I hope it goes well and I hope you come out of it feeling satisfied and decided on what you're having :)

Take care, lovely xxxx

Putting a price on your body is neither here nor there Hun, it's what you're going to get out of your ba and what is going to give you the best result , go for a third opinion and go from there , always go back for another consulatation with either surgeon to cement any information and explanation.

As others have said another consultation, maybe more are needed until you are happy with who & what you choose to have. XXX

Definitely agree, get a third opinion. I'd say go to a BAAPS surgeon and see what they say, as they are likely to give you the least 'selfish' (read - money oriented) option.

thanks for the replies i think i defiantly need to get a third opinion and i think i will book to see a BAAPS surgeon i was originally meant to be seeing a BAAPS surgeon on friday but surgicare changed my appointment to yesterday so i saw mr suliman.
i did ask both why they suggest what they did and mr p said i need a nipple lift cause my nipple points south so he would just like to move it back to center for best results he said i didn't need a lift but in about 10 years time when i have implants changed there would be a chance il need a lift then but now i didn't. But mr s said i need a lift because they are abit droopy and after a few months i probably would be happy with the results so be best to have 1 i did ask him if i could not just have a nipple lift but he said i wouldn't get the best results because he could move the nipple but they would still be  droopy.
for some reason the thought of a lift scares me and i don't know why lol. i think when you first start this journey you think its just gonna be straight forward but its not at all its a mind boggle lol

Good idea to get a third opinion babe! Different surgeons do sometimes recommend different things.... So always a good idea to get a few!

I absolutely thought the same when I started my journey, no word of a lie it's probably one of the most hardest things I've done haha! Xx
