No there's no upper fullness in mine so they still don't look great on a bra either :-(

Hello after a long long time and many back and forth going from my surgeon and his colleagues it was not bottoming out. My implants were positioned perfectly for a 'natural look' but my upper pole is empty. No sag woo!! But empty upper pole when I asked for round fake look. I see my surgeon 30th for final decision on revisionng and if going to be free. As he said most likely free or may have to pay hospital fees. His colleague seen me as my surgeon requested and he has reccomended 700cc uhp over the muscle. I already have overs. I asked for partials and he said no as I would be more prone to double bubble? I'm again going to ask my surgeon if partials is a possibility or risk of double bubble would be too high fr me. X
