no, v pillow is just one thing, this is a whole forts worth of pillows! it just helps to keep you elevated throughout the night, but a lot of girls use their V pillows with it.

Its not a thing, its just how you arrange you're pillows around yourself! Just to give you extra support where its needed.

Though I bet we could make a lot of money if we sold one...
