Using a Kush
Hello ladies!
ive just received my Kush and they are massive! Even the smaller
one is big.
I naturally have a cleavage (my breasts touch) and I can't get the Kush to sit in place.
Am I using it correctly?
Or should I look at ebaying it? lol

Re: Using a Kush
I use the smaller one and it sits nicely between my breasts but I do have to squeeze it in a little... When I lay on my side it does come away a little but other them that I really like it!
Maybe eBay it and invent a kush! Xx

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ... You put them inbetween your breasts in your bra to sleep with...
It helps to stop your breasts falling into each other if you a side sleeper... It stops you getting a wrinkly cleavage... But it all depends on wether you plan to continue to wear your sports bra to bed after the 6 weeks...
You don't have to but it's recommended to keep the look of your breasts for as long as possible as it prevents sagging xx

Re: Using a Kush
I know Cookie swears by her Kush, I've never used one myself. If it's not comfortable though hun maybe ebay it and find a nice sleep bra, and moisturise your chest (prevent wrinkles) and use a moisturiser with spf in it as the skin is very thin on the chest so you need spf even in winter (unless you're wearing a polo neck).

Re: Using a Kush
I was using a sock for a while when I started side sleeping as they'd get achy otherwise, but my skin is super reactive to pressure, so I'd wake up with creases all over my baps! I just wear my macom to bed now, I figure kush or none, they're going to sit together on my side, so as long as theyre supported and moisturised, they'll be fine. Personal preference really.
