I think you can use it with or without a bra. apparently there good for side sleepers to stop wrinkles between the boobs. xx

Post by LuciaH 27th February 2014, 8:31 pm

thanks Loui, I have bought loads of pillows to make the sleeping fort that Cookie uses so I should not (hopefully) end up on my side. A the moment I like to sleep on my front or my side so I really hope I don't end up on my front after they have been done.

This week will fly, birthday tomorrow, going away with my OH and our besties for a weekend of shopping and a few drinkies and then my eldest will be back from Germany Tuesday and then Wednesday is boobie time!. xx

I can't imagine it would stay in place without a bra? If you move on to your back it would fall out lol!! If you are anything over 400cc I defo recommend socks or a kush not just for the wrinkles but also for support in the medial area. I am a side sleeper and I find I wake up achey in the cleavage if I don't use the socks to support them.

Yea the Kush comes in two different sizes.... Quite a smallish one and then quite a big one! 2 sizes come in the same pack, I don't mind giving someone my smaller Kush if they want it for free if they think it'll help them? I'll obvs need the biggest one I don't think the small one would disappear if I used it!! Haha  dance xx

Nothing happens, it's just good support for your boobs and helps prevent wrinkles etc. Xx

I cant tell if that's a typo or not! If not, you're probably referring to the pillow fort girls build to keep themselves sleeping elevated for the first couple of weeks. Pillows behind you, to the side, under you back, bum and knees.

Hu babe, a pillow fort or pillow castle is how you lay out your pillows at night for sleeping easier.  A link to a previous thread is below. xx
