Six weeks tomorrow, what a difference
Hi ladies, firstly hope you're all doing well!
Well it's six weeks post op for me tomorrow (along with kriz, bgorringe and misszc!)
The journey has not been straight sailing, with bad reactions to the meds, spitting stitches, pain, bruising, swelling, horrible sensations, but it's finally getting easier and they are starting to feel like mine!
Absolutely one of the worst things was driving for a few weeks, every bump in hone road jolted my poor boobs! Good solution I found was to sit on a cushion, lol.
Anyway for any of you that are having a low time post op and thinking it will never end, trust me it will, and you will start to like and then in time love your new boobies
Oh and last night I made my bf laugh as I was dancing around upstairs singing, I have big boobies, I have big booobies, lol, never thought I'd get there!!
xxx

Happy 6 weeks Hun! Xxx I went to see mr Hassan again yesterday to get my spot checked out and he said it's not a spot it's the stitches, and jus have to wait for them to dissolve. So I'm happy again! :-) But 6 weeks today meens we can go back to the gym Hun! Yay! Are you allowed now too xxx

Thanks all xx
Bgorringe - Thats fab news for you! I had a few of those stitch spots too! I will see my surgeon next Thursday but yes he said gym after six weeks, so I'm going to start back doing cardio and leg work and then once I see him will start working arms shoulders and back again! Can't wait! feel so dough like lol!

Hehe was just about to ask about gym stuff!!!
Are you generally feeling pretty good now Hun? I'm having uplift too & just wondering whether the 6 wks that the surgeons say is actually realistic?
Xxxx.

Re: Six weeks tomorrow, what a difference
Moomins, for the first four weeks there is no way I could have gone to the gym, the last two weeks have been much better.
I would say expect to have at least four weeks out but see how you feel and what your surgeon advises x

So glad you're happy with your boobies and thankyou for the advice! I'll try out the cushion in the car when I've had my op. You've made me very excited with the "I have big boobies I have big boobies" haha my op is on Friday :)) xx

Re: Six weeks tomorrow, what a difference
Hey thanks Hun
I do martial arts so will prob leave the full six weeks !
It's great that you've had a good experience - makes me more excited.
I get nervous as I don't know anyone that had an uplift
