Seven weeks tomorrow...
Until my op. I am having a bit of a stress about it today as it will be my 4th op. I'm more stressed that I know this has to be my last op and I have nearly a stone to loose. My mum says eat healthy and exercise and I can loose 2lbs a week. Hope she is right!!! xxx

Re: Seven weeks tomorrow...
I'm with your mum Jay, healthy, slow and steady all they way! Its the only way to lose weight and keep it off - mums know best
I think the more revision you do have Jay, the more stressed you get. It was the same for me after my last op. i was super stressed. I'd had enough of the whole rollercoaster and it wasn't only affecting me by then. it was also affecting my family and that in itself put a lot of pressure on me in the hope that it all goes right.
What got me through though Jay was when I'd decided before even getting to the hospital that no matter the results, I just couldn't keep putting my body or my family through this anymore and it was going to be my last revision. Of course when the implants need removing, I'll need surgery again then, but in relation to the first surgery which had resulted in a further 3 I was done.
Once I'd made my mind up that no matter what the outcome was it was enough, I felt so much better Jay. I'd made plans research the best surgeons in the country and I was armed and prepared in my head for the next surgery when my implants need replaced to just go ahead and fix the whole lot then. I am prepared to live with what I have no and I'm OK with that.
I so very much want this time to go so well for you Jay. You know I'm always in your corner rooting for you lovely and if anyone deserves a great result it you
I hope you can come to some peace on the run up to your BA babe. I know you're never going to be excited, but I just hope the stress eases up for you hun.
Always here for a chat if you need one. Xxxx
