pre op tomorrow :) then 2 weeks left
I'm so excited. I take it ill be told what bras and stuff to get. Going with transform and aparently they ask you to get the M&S bras. Anyone know how comfortable they are? And how many should I buy, was thinking 2 but not sure if this is enough??
Also will I have bandages for a few days? I'm having 260 overs.
Having some crazy dreams/nightmares too about waking up with VERY odd Boobs or about the surgoen putting in the wrong size and having no noticeable difference....think im panicking too much :/

the dreams and nightmares seem to come with the Ba lol we have alll had the I think
I used the marks and spencers front zip bras but then I had to change to a back fastening bra so that i could add the bra extenders as I was so swollen i can weare a 30 back and was as big as a 36 back
so if you can get some bra extenders, you can get them on ebay fairly cheap just so that you can wear the band size you are then no neet to keep using diff bras
the macom is great though and when I get into bras again im buying a few as you just need to know the band size and the cup sie caters for all xx

I've been using the M&S high impact sports bras and they've been super comfy . Band sits below scar line and has nice wide straps xx

Thanks girls. It's so hard to pick a size when you don't know what size you will be x

I have Macoms.
I'm usually 34 band, which I ordered but also got another 34 and 36 off someone in this forum, both in excellent condition so I can choose and change them xx

You're in good hands with us Lauren. Any concerns and there's generally always someone about if you need us. Xx

Those two weeks will soon be gone!
I was told to get a basic sports bra but unfortunately the more basic the bra you tend to get stitching and seams in uncomfortable places.
Whilst I was waiting to be discharged from hospital I used my phone to order a macom, it arrived the next day and it was pure bliss to put on. A bit Ugly but supportive. And oddly see through lol.
The trick I picked up on here with the basic bra was to use a panty liner on the seams to stop the rubbing, that worked well yesterday when my macom was in the wash.
And I had those dreams too (still do!) I guess it's just our subconscious trying to think of all the possible scenarios! You will be fine though xx
