Lucia oooooooh! 14days it says... does make it so much more real now :) yes get your arnica, I swear it has done wonders.. my middle bruising turned yellow within a day which means its almost gone... can't believe how well they worked. Don't forget the witch hazel too hun, when they started to itch it gave so much relief and I think it's defo helped with the swelling.
I just put it on once or twice a day, usually afternoon and evening along with my tablets.. :)

I cant wait to find out :) my swelling is still up a little on my left boob. which still makes them slightly uneven.. boo!

I just had my first full proper wash in the bath.. before it was half baths and then my mum washing my hair, so I wouldn't get them wet, I was being all super paranoid about getting them wet... haha.. so was nice to be able to relax and my mum said well at least they don't multiply with water, she just thinks im being dramatic haha! So I fel all normal again :)
My tummy is so bloated looking still, looks like im pregnant :( and getting lines from where I sit up just under my ribs :( from the crease... depressing!
I still haven't actually left the house yet, but doing all my normal routines pretty much now at home, although peeling carrots today seemed to hurt my muscles a little hehe...
In your avi yours look so perfect already hun, so lucky :) glad everything is going well for you :) xx

I can't believe you had a bath. So envious. Not allowed to have proper shower until Monday. I've been having half baths so far.
Tummy is still a little bloated but it's getting better each day. Not feeling too fat and the water retention must be going too as the weight is coming down. Can't believe I weighed 69kg post op when I went in with 66..

So please to read that you are doing so much and able to move around. Don't worry about swelling and being uneven. My PS said it will take weeks for them to even out xxx

I never even thought to weigh myself after... hmm im going to have to do that now when I next manage a trip upstairs...
I feel like im getting worse with water retention, I honestly feel pregnant and keep poking at it..
Yeah well I was told I was allowed baths and shower but not allowed to soak too much, I was too scared to have proper ones and only had half ones till tonight :) was nice to finally feel properly clean again :D actually makes me feel like I may be able to face the world hehe...
My surgeon just said they would be fine but didn't say how long it would take.. just wish they looked perfect :(

Glad you had a good birthday and are really happy with your new additions :D your avi is super :) I would update mine, but my macom isn't very flattering hehe! xxx

I've been told to not get the dressings wet for 2 weeks when I see my surgeon (unless something goes wrong) so shallow baths and moist flannel for me x

I guess all surgeons are different. I was told I can't get my dressings wet until I get them changed on Monday- week post op and then I can have a shower (hopefully). Baby wipes, sponge baths and half bath's it is for me too Sahara.

Do you think I can have a small glass of bubbly today? I've only had paracetamol. I should have asked at hospital really. No big deal if I can't though. Will be a good girl xx

I never got any dressings and he put on glue which is waterproof to protect the incisions... I was told not to soak them...
Have an appointment for the nurse on Saturday to get my stitches seen to.
I should think so Kdee :)  my mum actually poured me a small glass tonight so im having a little drink too :) don't see the harm. xxx
