I don't have a needle phobia but I never watch the needle go in, I'm always looking up at the ceiling lol x

I don't think it's quite needlephobia... I think it's.. sticking-a-needle-in-me-phobia :P
My mum had a local anesthetic biopsy taken in the local dr surgery the other day on her leg and I could watch that no problem as he cut a chunk out her leg... where as if someone comes at me with a needle or anything and mentions taking my blood I nearly cry...
Think it might be slightly different as I technically WANT them to so I can have my surgery so less likely to make a fuss I think :P
all psychological I guess.. I can get a huge needle through my tongue for a piercing and sit quietly but pregnant and they want to take my blood I have a hissy fit :P

The needle for tongue piercing is huge!
I had mine done at 19 I remember I walked in told them I had to pay beforehand as I would bolt after and yep I did.
My friend was running after me "did u do it???"
I just nodded as was to scared to talk lol.

Isn't it strange that you can have that done but blood test type things worry u x

Yeah I know, I guess it's to do with you wanting the piercing therefore the needle is a good thing bcause it gives you something, where as a blood test doesn't give you anything you want afterwards... except my next one :) gives me my BA on Saturday :D xx
