Most say 6wk, but you'll need to double check with your PS/ clinic. However, just because you're allowed to, doesn't mean you can. 6wks I was like, whoop, here we go, back on the treadmill...boy was I wrong. My body was no where near ready for it. You need to listen to your body and what you can/cant do. Also, spend a bit of money and get yourself a good quality high impact sports bra, Shockabsorber or Triumph Triaction.

As long as it's high or extra high impact, and fits well, it should be fine.

I was told ok to exercise as soon as I felt up to it, but to avoid upper body until surgeon sees me at 6/7 week check up.
So I went back to gym at 3 weeks but been doing seated bike and legs only to avoid too much bounce and stretch ;) xx
