Cold Boobies

The last several days I have had cold boobs, one more so than the other.... even if it's not cold..... Not worrying me but find it odd.

Any post Op ladies explain or had this too.... shrug

Yup. Every time I go for a run, they're so cold to the touch afterwards! So strange!

whenever im in the bath my boobs are freezing cold to touch xx

My thought is that they don't have the same number of nerves etc as before going to them, to warm them up like the rest of our bodies???

i think that its cause their is gel inside them and not natural breas tissue etc so it wont heat up the same? xx

Breast implants can often feel cold. Because they're placed outside the chest cavity they can feel a couple of degrees cooler than body temperature so may feel colder than the rest of you. Mine are always cold.

But they do warm up as your own body heat warms up. Xx

Hi babe! I have the same in my boobs! One of my nipples always goes erect (without sounding rude) in the shower anf the other just stays normal. I'm guessing this is due to having less sensation and less nerve connections in the boob that doesn't respond to the cold. I'm sure over the months we will start regaining nerves and therefore sensation in both boobs. Don't worry babe xxxx

I've noticed mine are often cool aswell I guess it's normal, just one of those things x

Hey,

Mine are the opposite always warm which is puzzling me, I have asked my surgeon about it and he's said it's just the way my body is getting used to the implants being there.

If by 6 months they haven't got any cooler or dropped I'm going back to see him as something isn't quite right as they should've cooled down and dropped by now

ur just passed the 12 week mark so still time to drop, but agree that if your not seeing diff by 6 month def go and see the surgeon xx

Hi girls, i am 20 days post op and have chilly boobs, sometimes it feels like they shiver a wee bit, v odd! I would love a thermal boob tube! XxDi

I crack up every time i take my macom off and my nipples have been totally flattened then they suddenly POP back, Hello!
Wonder if our implants are always at body temperature or do they warm up/chill? XxDi
