Confused over size of implants

Hi,
I'm pretty new to this forum but from what I've seen it looks great x
Anyway I am booked to have my BA with Transform - Mr Meleagros on 6th April and I'm really excited, but on my consultation we agreed between 460cc & 525cc overs, I'm 5ft 3 1/2in, 8st 6lbs & currently in a 32b padded bra which is very gappy

I told him that I wanted to bee dd or e, I tried the implants & loved them both, there wasn't really a massive difference to be honest, I've also made the rice bags for each size but the more I look the more confused I get lol

Its all down to ur own body lovely, but asking for a size and what ur dd is and ur surgeons dd cld be sooooo diff, i think maybe jead bsck for another sizing xx

Thank you, I know I'll choose 1 or the other just don't want to wish is gone a little bigger or gone with the smaller x just be interesting to hear if anyone had had these in overs & who are similar size to myself.
It would be just interesting to know what sizes they achieved really to give me more of an idea x

We are all so diff i had notjing to start had 360 mp and im now 32e/f cup

They're both large implants, especially for your first BA and on someone of your size so if you're wanting a DD/E, I think you'll be more than happy x

The best way to make sure your surgeon knows exactly what you want both look and size wise is to take some pictures in of your perfect boobs, try to find pictures of someone of the same size, shape and stature as you.
A DD to you is probably bigger than a DD to a surgeon.
You also want to make sure that the size is something that your breasts can carry...ie you've got enough tissue there to cover the implants or you'll end up looking like your skins been stretched really tight over them.
Like I said pictures are fantastic at showing exactly what result you're looking for, your surgeon will advise you on whether it's achievable.
Oh and I think the cc suggested will make you more than happy x

Hiya,
As others have said definitely go back and see your surgeon and take pictures of the size and look you are hoping to achieve & some of what you don't like and wouldn't want , that way he can see exactly what you want rather than just going on cup sizes as everyone's perception of cup sizes is different . With pictures he will be able to work out the type of implant/size and profile needed to get that result for you.

Totally agree with the ladies in suggesting you go back and go over sizing again before the big day.

You have plenty of time of you so time to research and talk more indepth, showing pictures of the 'look' you want rather than discussing a cup size with a surgeon who does t actually work in cupsizes. Surgeons work in volume (CCs) so their perception of the cup size you're wanting may well be very different to that of your own, so using pictures to show the look you want cancels out any possible confusion between you both as the visual you have in front of both of you makes it clear to both yourself and your surgeon of the look you're hoping for. Xx

I went back 2-3 times I think JUST for sizing. Don't feel silly asking anything.
I tried the rice endlessly and was undecided between just 30cc but it does make a difference. You have plenty of time left to see him again.
Try the rice at home in different clothing...tight top/ vest top/ t shirt.

They are pretty big implants as princess says. Pecan imagine you'll have a bugger cup than DD. More sizing appointments sounds a good idea and the rice boobs at home to see how they feel on for an hour or so xx

Hey Pecan,

You will have bigger than a DD with those implants. I had 460cc and i was totally flat chested, i've not been properly measured but i'm at least a 34E now.

To be honest you won't see much difference between the 460cc and 525cc when doing the rice test. You are choosing between two large implants, so the percentage difference between the two is small. I had the exact same issue pre BA.

However, there will be a difference once inside. The extra bit of width and volume will give you a different look. I suggest you print off some images of the breasts you view as perfect and those you view as too big. Ask you surgeon if he can order both sizes for you, and then let him make the decision based on achieving the look you agreed.

I'm in between sizes too and I'm going back to see Mr. Meleagros on 1 Feb for another sizing consultation- 2 weeks before the op. Will take pictures with me again and I hope it all will be fresh on his mind 2 weeks later when he fixes me up with some perk voluptuous twins Smike

I'm in between 280 and 310cc. like the shape of mine just wish them to be bigger from A cup to full B or C.
I would kill for boobs like Candice Swanepoel. that's the kind of size I want. What about you- who is your celebrity boob envy?
I'm really excited and some days scared worrying about what if things go wrong. But most days I am just very very excited to finally have boobs :) xx

i started off with a 34DD but after breast feeding i lost some volume ..2 weeks ago i had 560cc under inplants ..i didnt ask for this size i just showed a picture of my dream boobs im 5ft 4 and 9.5 stone ..they are so painful and i look like a porn star i hope they drop soon and deflate as the school run in the summer will be very intresting

They are big implants, different surgeons prefer different looks. It depends on what u want to achieve. My surgeon is known to favour smaller implants but I only wanted to go from 34b to d or dd and I had 340cc and went to a 34dd. If u are concerned u are welcome to ask another surgeon to get a second opinion? X

Hi Joharry, I'm the same height as you and weigh around 9 stone. I was a deflated 32dd pre op, I had 525 overs and I'm currently wearing 32ff/g sports bras. I'm 11 days post op. X
