Hi,

This may sound silly however, i have implants ( all healed etc) but have started swimming to loose weight and tone up. Is it ok? i worried i might pull them somehow lol

As long as you've been given the all clear for swimming and excersise you'll be fine.

Swimming is an excellent form of excerise and it's easy on the joints too.  :ok: 

You won't damage them hunny. Thee are women who go back to weightlifting after Bas so swimming is fine x
