Boobies pain night 2

Hey girls!
I left hospital this morning and went to my grandparents for a few hour, then another drop off to my brother for a few more hours and now iI'm finally home with my boyfriend all comfy :)

I've not felt too bad but I definitely should slow down for a couple of days now.

Just a quick question, any reason the boobie pain is only in one side and became excruciating as soon as I put my ice pack on?

If the ice is k is hurting you don't need to use it, sounds like it's too cold?
And one side normally hurts more because you've had two separate operations... Two separate incisions! They will heal differently. It could be that your using that side more but like you say take it slow.. Don't push your self into doing too much xx

One side will always heal differently to the other as you've had 2 separate operations, one would have suffered more trauma during surgery . Ice packs should be used over your bra and just on the top no where near the insions Hun.

Please rest Hun as it sounds like your doing quite a lot already. Trying to do too much your body will tell you.
The first week is the worst and after that many women find it turns round .
Short walks round the house and rest at the moment Hun. Take it easy.

Def echo mrs b. Rest up no matter how good u feel i did too much after my reop the first week ans was exhausted the second week

I cant use ice packs i.hate the feeling of the cold on.my skin lol xx

Thanks girls. I know I did far too much yesterday :(

The ice pack is feeling a lot more soothing this morning and thanks for the tip of only putting it on top!!

I slept pretty well last night to be fair clap hands

My lefty is completely numb too which is slightly amusing to my boyfriend because he tickled my nipple and I didn't have clue hahaha x

Loool my husband done that for months after my ba. Men!! But honest i know its boring but rest up you want to be feeling good for.xmas day.xx

Glad you're feeling better Ash.

Do remember hun that breast augmentation is major surgery and your body has gone through such a lot. Many people including ourselves can make light of this surgery because it is cosmetic. But cosmetic or not, its surgery and this surgery is just as important as any other and so, so important for you to allow for your body to recover sweetheart.

You may have read on the forum also the term 'listen to your body' and in this we mean that when you're hurting, or aching, this is your body telling you that you need to slow down. You're doing too much too soon lovely, so please take it easy hun and allow the time needed for your new boobs to heal. Xx
