Re: last night
It's normal to have a touch of the 'booby blues' honey - I'm sure I speak for at least 90% of the girls on here when I say we've all been a bit down after our ops. It's normal to question whether it was the right thing to do, and if you've chosen the right size etc. You're early days just now and you'll be amazed at the changes you still have to go through, although right now you won't be able to see how they could possibly change. Just wait til the fluffing fairy has paid you a visit - you'll feel a whole lot differently about your boobs. Shooting pains is quite normal too - it's just your nerves going crazy where they've suffered trauma.. it'll settle.
Take it easy and try and just relax for the next wee while. You need time to bond with your new additions.

Re: last night
I went through similar blues to Bronzewolf - I freaked out I'd gone too big, because they were so hard and immobile, and just looked freakin' MASSIVE to me. But it does pass.
It's quite a rollercoaster of a time, you're just had serious surgery, you're in pain/uncomfortable, drugged up, lacking sleep, because for the most part you look pretty normal, people seem to forget your delicate state and act like it's just any old day at the office!! (My Dad got mad at me for not hugging him properly, I was like "Uhh, that sh!t hurts and stuff..." and he said "oh, right, I forgot...".)
It honestly won't be much longer and you're recovery will take a huge leap forward and you'll suddenly feel much more human. Feels like torture at the stage you're at now, but it doesn't last forever!
xx
