POST OP diary filling up.....Thoughts please....
Hi Ladies...
So in March I turn 30.......so I am away with girlfriends the wknd before to celebrate 7th March~ so I will be 7 weeks post op. This is fine I thought..............
BUT now we have been invited to watch Rugby and a night away on 15th Feb (4 weeks post op)
AND......... 31st January been invited for a night away in Devon (2 weeks post op)
SO...........what's your thoughts please on this....will I be ok to go to Devon and Rugby....
The people we are going with do NOT know about my BA.
We have said yes for now, as they need to get tickets.
aaagh, can always change plans I guess.
How soon did you ladies do things after your BAs?
THANK YOU xxxx

I'd say 2 weeks too early and depends on what you'll be doing, I was only just back driving then, and still sleeping on my back raised. Plus still walking hunched.
Rugby is a hard one at 4 weeks you may feel brilliant. And be able to do a day of rugby and night away however just be prepared if you don't feel up for a very full on day.
Where abouts are you going for your birthday? At 7 weeks you MAY still be in a sports bra and may not be able to go swimming in public pools. X

Thanks MrsBall...I had thought that the Devon trip may be too early and I may not enjoy it much if Im not sleeping flat etc, I will prob want my own bed.
The rugby is just watching (LOL) so couple hours I guess ...then prob a meal and few drinks in the evening. I may cancel the Devon one and plan to go to the Rugby etc...we will be seated so it shouldn't be too hard going by then.
THANKS for your input ....much appreciated xxx

Oh that's good, though it was an abroad trip! Yes you should be feeling fine by then.
I'd definatly can el the Devon trip Hun, and rugby should be ok. I can only say though just take it day by day and see how you feel xx
