Post Consultation Thoughts
Hi everyone,
So today I had my consultation with the surgeon, Dr Khan from Transform, which was seriously eye-opening.
He said not only do I have one outward nipple (yay for that), but I have bad posture in my back which has led to my left breast bone sticking out further and sitting higher than my right. Because of this, I apparently have different sized boobs (yay again).
He recommended that I have moderate profile over the muscle, with two different sized implants to even them out, and gave me the following options:
Option 1 - left boob 240CC & right boob 265CC
Option 2 - left boob 265CC & right boob 295CC
My boyfriend is not at all happy with the thought of them being massive, which makes me think option 1 is better, but I can't help but have serious boob greed. Though when he held the 295 against me it didn't look like it'd fit, I'm sure it would otherwise he wouldn't have said it, but it makes me think going with option 1 is possibly best.
Anyone else out there with two different implants!?

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Hello!! Yes there are ladies on here with 2 different sizes - one is a lovely lady called boobiesplease. I had the same size so I can't really comment but I will say it's impossible for anyone to really help u with size without knowing your stats and even then it all depends on your chest measurements etc! They are modest sized implants but on some girls they would look massive and on others they would look small! It's such a hard thing choosing size. I would definitely recommend seeing at least one other surgeon if you haven't already as it will be reassuring for you if they all suggest similar things! If 2 opinions were wildly different then see a third. It's just good to be as clued up as possible so u can be confident you are getting it right. Did you take pics along of the kind of size you wanted to emulate?
Oh and I totally know what you mean re them pointing out your imperfections. I went to my first consultation thinking my boobs were small but perfectly formed and came out knowing I had 1 crease lower than the other, one breast wider, 1 with a slight droop and one areola bigger than the other!! Way to wreck what small amount of confidence about my boobs I did have!! Haha!! Xx

It does so depend on your stats, what you've got to start with and what your desired out come is.
I am a petite person 5,1.5 height weighing 7.7 stone (well slightly more lately). I started with an empty saggy c cup and just wanted the emptiness filled out again. The safest size implant for my breast width was 11.8 and after choosing the implant I wanted (conical polyurethane) the largest size I could have was 325 cc. I am now a 30f but don't look it. Another lady on here hattie73, had the same implant but slightly larger at 375 and 400 I think, due to her stats being taller, and a fraction heavier than me, her bra size is now a 34dd. So it's a person thing xx

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Thanks for your replies! I am 5ft3, 120lbs & roughly a 32B. They're not empty or saggy as I've not had children or lost a significant amount of weight, but they're definitely flat and "nothingy". If I could be a full C or D id be over the moon, but I would be a bit gutted if I was bigger as I know I wouldn't suit it as my waist is pretty small! Really not sure whether to see a second surgeon or not. I'm happy with Khan but the two different size thing worries me

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Do the rice sizers. Get some old pop sock and fill them with the cc (cc = ml) with rice. Walk around with them in your bra for a day, try on loads of your clothes so that you can get a good feel for the size. You can add more cc or decrease till you find your match. I was not symmetrical to start with but my ps advise is wasn't worth doing different sizes and that it wouldn't guarantee that I would end up with equal sized boobs as I had breast tissue to start. I still have one bigger but it didn't bother me before and it doesn't bother me now. I also only saw one surgeon so if your happy and confident he is right for you then it's your call xx

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
I had rice in my bra for a few hours earlier today which was so weird haha! I did grams though not ml, not sure if it makes a difference!? It definitely felt heavy but I liked how they looked. Thing is he said 295 is my maximum so perhaps I shouldn't push them to the max to be on the safe side. Boyfriend wasn't keen on them being that big to be honest, so perhaps 265/240's are best! X

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
I went with the max 325 and so glad I did as I like a lot of girls end up having boob greed at one point or other. To be honest if you pour out 35 ml or grams of liquid you can see that there isn't much difference between 260 and 295. Be sure you go for the size you want not what you boyfriend wants, at the end of the day they are your boobs and it's ultimately you that's got to be happy.
What is your desired outcome? Do you want bigger boobs or just a fuller boob. Are you collecting a selection of wish boobs? X

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Yeah good point! I definitely want fuller boobs. I want them a fairly decent size but I definitely don't want the "woah she got a boob job" look as I know I wouldn't feel comfortable with being talked about so to speak. I have so many boobs on my camera roll right now it's so weird haha X

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Lol, I was the same, if anyone had found my phone they would have thought I was some sort of perv. Now my photos are of my boobs
Did you discuss profile with your ps? Will you want a low, medium, high or extra high. Also did you discuss shape, round, tear or anatomical? And will you have smooth or textured implants. All these question and decisions will eff

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
He didn't mention the the shape as such so that's something I'm going to make sure I ask at my second consultation. Profile wise he said moderate. I don't know too much about profiles but most people that I've spoken to have had ultra high so I'm keen to know why I'd be moderate. They didn't really talk about the texture of the implant either. It was quite rushed to be honest, which is why I want to go back once more before I book it! X

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Sorry, to continue....
Will affect your out come. That's why it's such a good idea to gather a selection of wish boobs to show your surgeon.
Will you see him again to discuss all this or are you going to check out another surgeon before committing to a second consult? X

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Most first consultations are alittle rushed. It's the second met that they know your serious and go into a lot more detail. Profiles are the dimension of the implant, it's width and projection. Did he mention the make of implant. Just to give you an idea have a look at this implant catalogue
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
You can see the different measurements of different profiles ready for your next consult (this is just one type of brand) x

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
I'm going to try and see Mr Meleagros if I can as I know 3 people who've used him in the past year. Will be interesting to see what he has to say, though I know he tends to go bigger.
Implant wise they're Allergen Natrelle ones.
I can't book an appt to see Meleagros until Tuesday though as they're closed, so if I can't see him for a few weeks it'll mean I might not be able to go for April 30th as planned. Will be a pain as that's perfect for work, but worth waiting for a good surgeon! X

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Your stats are roughly same as mine and I had 375cc and was worried all the time as some ladies who have that size looked big and some looked just how I wanted. I measure at a 32ff but I don't think I look more than a d cup and no one has noticed I have had a boob job. Xx

Re: Post Consultation Thoughts
Fingers crossed, hopefully he'll have a space on the 30th.
Have a look at allergens catalogue, I found it really helped to get my head round the sizing and what fit my frame.
Best of luck x
