Sports bra help!
Hi how tight should my sports bra be? I've bought a new triumph triaction and it is much tighter than my racer back one. It fits and holds my boobs securely but I'm worried that because it is tighter it will prevent my the dropping and fluffing somewhat. As you know I am concerned about my left implant not dropping at the same rate as my right and having a little loose skin under the nipple. The triaction seems to mold the loose skin back against the implant but will it also prevent it from dropping? I don't want the right one to drop further butshould I wear a looser fit to allow the left to drop more pr will this dropping hapoen anyway regardless of the bra? It doesn't lift them but it does push them down quite tightly. Is this good or bad? I'm in work till 2pm so have no option to change it now and I slept in it last night.

Hey Rexie. As long as its comfortable, the tighter the better. If your surgeon has advised 24/7 support, then this is whats best to keep the implant stable and to let it adhere to the pocked. It wont prevent dropping/fluffing, so dont worry too much!

Re: Sports bra help!
you should be able to get 2 fingers under the band and as for the cup size it should be comfortable, you have been told to wear a sports bra for your healing period or until you see your surgeon?
If your concerned call the surgeon and speak to him that what your aftercare is for xx

Yes I have to wear one for 6 weeks night and day. Thanks guys, I'm worried now that the one I wore in the first two weekswas too loose and is why I now have this bit of loose skin! II'll keep this one on! It is leaving indentation marks on my skin but I imagine that's normal right? Thanks so much for the advice xx

Re: Sports bra help!
Its a 32f. My other one with the racer back is a 32g but where you my left is sitting higher than the right it doesn't feel like its supporting the left quite right, thid one feels like its holding them better but they are definitely a little squashed!

Re: Sports bra help!
My skin is super sensitive to pressure, so *everything* leaves marks. Like I said, as long as its not causing you any discomfort, it should be fine.

Re: Sports bra help!
Every bra I wear leaves marks n me babe. Even light comfort crop tops!
Your bra should be snug, but not so tight its causing you any discomfort at all, so if its tight, but not hurting.... Its absolutely fine,
The triumph Triaction extreme dies feel like its fitted so nothing goes anywhere and does feel VERY secure. But that's how its made babe. Its a fantastic bra and one of my personal favourites for giving your boobs stability. So if its not 'hurting' hun. Its absolutely fine, xx
