Well I do... Now I weigh more than I did pre BA but I know it's because of the implants weight... I know what you mean though... You can't tell people ' well actually I don't weigh that because of implants!' Xx

Re: weighing yourself after a BA
I wondered this as I lost weight around the time of my ba and I'm only starting to put it back on but when I weighed myself I wondered how much my implants weighed and whether I should take this off. I considered weighing 2 x 560ml of water to see how much it was!

I jst found this post
Implants dont actually weigh as much as you think they might. to determine your implants weight, you can use this method:
The total weight of both of your implants is 1.96875
That's just over a pound and a half babe. I include my implant weight always. They're a part of me now and therefore their weight too is mine. X

Implants dont actually weigh as much as you think they might. to determine your implants weight, you can use this method:
[color][font]Multiply the number of cubic centimeters by two, then multiply that number by .0375 (which is the weight in ounces of each cc of silicone) then divide by 16 (ounces).
So, if you have 400 ccs of silicone per breast there are 800 ccs total.
800 ccs multiplied by .0375 equals 30.
30 divided by 16 (ounces) is 1.875.
This means your total breast implant weight is 1.875 pounds.
The total weight of both of your implants is 1.96875

Hey,
I was weighed at pre op appointment and then I asked my trainer (at the gym) 5 weeks post op to weigh me as was interested as to see if I had put any on with my implants but I hadn't just stayed the same weight as pre op.

Re: weighing yourself after a BA
CC is equal to grams, so yes, you will have the additional weight, but its minimal really. So I have 680g added, which is 1.5lbs. So do bear it in mind the first time you step on the scales...but don't worry too much

Re: weighing yourself after a BA
As long as you 'look' good I wouldn't give your weight a thought.
I always measure my weight in how my clothes fit... They start to loosen, I'll eat more, they start to get tight, I'll eat less, but as long as I think I 'look' OK I really don't give a toss what the scales say.
I know some women are very aware of their weight and do use scales though and if its that important to you I'd take the weight of your implants off your overall weight to determine what you actually weigh. Xx
