Aching boobs at 3 months!
I just need the reassurance ladies!
For a few days (3/4) my boobs... Leftie more so is really aching! It's typical because it started after my check up...
Is it normal to have the aching for a few days in a row? XX

Re: Aching boobs at 3 months!
I used to get aching after my first BA on occasion, especially if I had a cold or was a bit under the weather. I read somewhere that when your body is fighting something like a cold the antibodies can't help but fight the implants too as they are a foreign body. Not sure hoe true this is but it kinda makes sense I guess? I'm only four weeks post reop at the mo so aching all the time!

You may look all healed on the 'outside' Jen, but our new boobs continue healing on the 'inside' for a year or more.... So if you've possibly overdone it a little then they will ache.
Its very, very normal to ache for a few days in a row, especially if they're not a support bra when they're aching like this, but they can still ache even you are, it just helps more if you are....and I'm rambling now lol
Give it a week in your sportsbra Jen. I know that's not great news over the festive period to be stuck in your sportsbra, but they're a lifesaver and do help to stabilise your boobs giving them the time they need to heal gorgeous.
Don't worry... You'll be OK

Ok thank you!! I think it might be that I've over done it ... Been putting up the decs this weekend, having a clean if the house, picking my dog up a lot and my boyfriend keeps touching them hsha!
I'l stay In my sports bra for a while and take things slowly so hopefully they will feel better :)
Thank you both! Always good to stop my worries xx

I've been achy recently too, so back in the sports bras. I think I did myself a mischief running, might be time to size up on the Triumph! I definitely blame putting up the xmas decs, its just not worth it ;)
