Def not over done it ive done nothing for days lol is it just down.to having the band on constant xx

Aww tink.. Big hugs :) it's not easy being braless esp so early on but your doing well .. Hopefully not long until you can wear one again xx

I think its more the band as I was incomfortable but been in my band since yesterday afternoon no break and the ache is ouchy so went and got some cocodamol i was prescribed 30/500 but bough 8/500 so hopefully wont be so drowsy but I really needed something xx

Awww keep up the pain killers whilst you need them babe. I know when I had to apply pressure to mine to force them down they'd ache for hours after, so it must be terribly hard for you with that pressure on all the time

So its all normal cookie. Yip cant do 30/500 co-codomal so got the 8/500 and its eased it but not making me drowsy so thats gd. Having a wee break.from the band in a bath too xx
