PIP action campaign.
I received an email today from a lady leading a 'PIP Action Campaign' which is a Facebook group who are working with two solicitors to help women join the French action Campaign
Quoted from the email:
Quoted from the email:
Neither the Facebook Group or the Solicitors involved have any affiliation with Breast Buddies. I must make that clear, but its entirely up to you if you'd like to investigate this further in the hope that this may help in your fight for justice. If anybody on the forum would like information in how to sign up to the French action we have set up an automated email information sheet. Anybody can request the information, it's free and there is no obligation, all they have to do is email
pip.action.uk@gmail.com and put TUV PIP in the subject line.
They'll get an email back with information on the case, the two solicitors we are working with and how to register
TUV have submitted an appeal, which, in French law, means that more women can sign up. If they do wish to sign up all the links they need are in the email, it is a no win no fee agreement, the solicitors retain 19% of any award, there is a €26 fee they have to pay to the French court.
If anybody does wish to join the French action but are already represented in a UK case we would advise them to discuss the information with their solicitor first.
Just to reassure you that sending the email requesting information doesn't commit them to anything, they don't need to give any personal details at all to request the information, just put TUV pip in the subject line.
