so I have my sound check today at my gp surgery instead of travelling all the way to Manchester and....... I get my sticky strapping off dance dance Stars however I get my dreaded compression band on to boooooo:sadsmiley:  for up to 4 weeks initially

Im due to see my surgeon in Manchester on the 11th Jan for my check up but he is heading home to Glasgow for xmas so he will check my progress then, not got a date yet as he hasnt sorted his diary but looking like the Mon before xmas,

He showed me how tight to put the band on but if im at all worried ive to call him and I can head down and see his collegue up as Rosshall for reassurance xx

yeah sure it will all be fine think I might get another wee dressing on m wound but even this time theres no trace of blood etc on my dressings xx

I'll bet you're just glad to get that tape off right now aren't you hun. Never had that myself but have heard its so uncomfortable.

yeah its starting to get to me now but tbh its not as bad as I thought but I tell you it holds these babies in place lol even when I run they aint moving

I was fast walking runningish!! lol it was on Fri after getting by hair cut I thought I was going to miss the train so kinda done a half run, and I ran up the stair yesterday

im sorry no more running promise xx

tink seriously!!! and all jokes aside, i have said this many times and so has cookie and others, SLOW DOWN and REST.

this is your second time round for getting it right, do not put it at risk!!

there was seriously no need to go catch a train to get your hair cut hun, rest up and do all that when you feel better.

i slowed right down for a good few weeks, and i know its hard but its best.

no more running! x
