Day 5-not such a good day. Empty Day 5-not such a good day.

Post by Len1 12th April 2009, 12:57 pm

Well i woke up a 8.30 this morning after feeling like i hadn't slept at all. It is so uncomfortable sleeping on my back propped up by a V pillar. Anyway i also had a sore throat and a tickly cough! I sat up OUCH!!!! boobie pain, and had a cup of tea, but i thought i need some more sleep, so i fell back to sleep again untill 12.00!! Oooops! Woke up again feeling better for sleeping but feeling a lot more uncomfortable than what i did yesterday morning, had to go through Boobie pain again when i got up! I feel so tired today and emotional, i also feel a little faint. There is more pain today in my right side, it was starting to ease up.

I am meant to be going round to my moms today for easter dinner, but she doesn't know i have had a BA! however she does think i have had the flu over the last few days. Really not sure if i am going to be able to make it, on the other hand i'm going stir crazy stuck indoors all day. I did pop out to town yesterday - BIG MISTAKE felt really ill and faint again, got home and slept all afternoon! I think i may have overdone it a little.

Anyway just wanted to write about how i am feeling really.

xxx.

Ahh, sorry to hear your in pain lovely. You really wont remember it after a few weeks. As for going to your mums, only you can judge how you feel. Would it be possible to make a quick exit if you don't feel well?

Oh hunny, i know what your going through and its totally normal, i went into town yesterday as i really needed to go and get some fresh air and get a sports bra and i think it was a little too much for me. Im still feeling uncomfortable now and my left boob is really sore and much harder than the right also a lot higher up. I just wish they would settle a bit.
Just take it easy and look after yourself hunny, xxx

Post op blues... I had it bad a few days after my op too. It does pass honey, honest. You've been through a lot. Sleep is a very good healer (although "morning boob" is a *naughty-bad-word*)!

As Roxy says, you'll look back on this in a few weeks as a distant memory. It gets easier day by day, just take things easy.

All the best.

Aww hunni. Those first few days are quite hard. I found I was so tired and slept a lot in the first week or so. Listen to your body and rest when you need to, but also try to get out for a breath of fresh air - a gentle walk to the shops or something.

Take care hunni.
