Hi girls!
I'm having unders on december 20th.. Recently I've started lifting weights as an alternative to cardio (i frequently injure myself when running haha).. So, do you think having unders will mean i can't continue lifting weights? I'm not doing it seriously or anything.. Just sometimes lift 3/4kg weights at home.. I don't do any chest exercises or anything xxx

You will be able to lift weight whichever placement you have tigertonix and if its not a serious thing you're taking up it shouldn't be a worry, but I would discuss it with your surgeon anyway if you haven't already just so that they're aware and can help in reassuring you in your decision.

The only concern for lifters who are serious is the possibility of the muscle being so tight it'll cause muscle distortion which isn't very nice at all and going over the muscle rather than partially under is a better option for them. Xx
