350 0r 380 Under. HELP I just can't decide :-/

Ok so I saw my PS again today, to look at size. I'm having the Perthese implant, looks like I need a high profile.
I did the rice test and loved 350cc worth...... But under the muscle this will be compressed right?! By how much? hmmmmm I don't wanna end up looking like 300cc if that makes sense......

My Ps asked which would bother me more being too small or too big.......I am thinking probably too small. But i do not wanna be Massive either. IDEALLY the look of a FULL D or DD would be amazing.

I think i left saying 350....but my heads in a muddle now aggghhhh, what to choose.

Anyone had 350under or 380 unders.???

I know we are all different! And results vary soooooo much. Just need a hand deciding girls.

I think your surgeon asked a very sensible question Krizzooo and one I've asked many members struggling with choice of size also.

In regard to losing volume under the muscle... Well, in theory its said you may lose 10% if the volume! but practically... Our other Admin here, nads and another lady also (I'm sorry her name doesn't come to mind right now) both changed profile due to muscle distortion from partials to overs. Both kept the same sized implant and both remained the exact same size after the revision, so from my experience of reading other members results, it won't have any impact at all whether you go for partials or overs babe, so think on with your surgeons question and maybe try both sizes on for a few days before making the decision that's going one one you'll feel comfortable with. Xx

He had already orded in both for me sensing some uncertainty when we met last week. Deffo got to have unders he's said, my tissue is too thin at top and as my nipples sit a bit higher than average, high profile is best so implant isn't under my chin! haha

Feeling torn. I'm sure with a few more days trying out (my rice) I will be more sure

Hey Krizzoo. OK, lets hit this one by one...!

I think there is a popular misconceptions that you will 'lose' CCs if you go under the muscle. This isnt true. at the end of the day, you are putting a quantity of matter in, therefore there is no physical way of 'losing' CCs. Its science! Also, I think it was one of the admins, but they switched from unders to overs - no change in size. So dont worry about this affecting it.

The surgeon is right - would you be more upset if they were bigger or smaller than you expected? Plus you really cant focus on cupsize hun. What do you 'percieve' as massive? Anything over a DD? My hubbys thinks mine are enormous, just coz a) I asked for 'about a C' and b) am now wearing an E. But theyre not huge, massive, enormous. They fit and suit my body.

30cc's wont make a *huge* difference, but it may be the difference in cup size for you. You could discuss taking both sizes in, and asking the surgeon to make an informed decision for you? Which ones look better once you're on the table? This is an option.

Only you are going to be able to make this decision. Do you know the circumferance of the two sized implants? This might help to make a more accurate rice boob of the two, spend a day wearing each and see how you feel.

I don't think there will be that much difference in the size of both tbh, 100cc is the round about mark for a cupsize so I think you will have a similar result either way.

I have changed from unders to overs and went from 460 to 615, I've gone up a cupsize I'd say? So I don;t think placement makes all that much difference in size really, it's more they change the *look* of the breasts.

I agree, your surgeon asked a great question and one that we should always ask ourselves. Like charli said it won't make a huge difference although still a difference...
I think it's so easy to get hung up on size but you won't be huge, you will get a natural look still! And lastly focus on the look not the cc's ... Like charli said perception of cup sizes varies and although an E can sound big at first, often it won't be as big as you imagine often :) xx

Any amount of increase/decrease in size is going to make a difference. If it didn't, there'd be no point in manufacturers making what may seemingly be 'not much difference'.

I only had a decrease of 50CCs and its made an enormous difference. So for anyone choosing between any size increase/decrease, I personally think its very important to take both sizes individually into consideration. Xx

I had 360mp unders and i can be 32 e/f however dont look it. In my eyes

I had the biggest i could but wanter bigger looool but choice was taken from me.

I have to agree with Cookie, there cant possibly be a 'standard' cupsize. I went up 6cups with 340cc, which works out around 60cc/cup. Its going to be entirely dependant on your body.

I always say when choosing, bigger is not always better. You can go bigger with a second op easily, but going smaller is harder and scars you more. The bigger you go, the higher the risks of complications, rippling etc. Both implants are good sizes, they're not small implants and you're already a 34B too x

I actually emailed my PS this morning to ask whether i would have more chance of rippling, complications with the larger implant. I'm going to wait to hear back, but if he says yes - then that's decision made for me xx

I have decided to stick with my 380cc - cos i can tone them down or up .. i would rather a boob i can tone down if its too big - than a smaller boob -

i wont be happy i paid so much and ended up looking almost not different ...

I am really confused too - am having unders too and high profile ...

In fact - I just sent an email to the dr and asked that they order in 2 sizes - 380cc and the next size below ...

   

Hard to tell Lil... Because of the rupture my boob seriously inflated and I'd likely been wearing bigger bras than I should have because of that and I can't actually recall now what I was first fitted to be (it was 8 years ago now) but what I will say the most change that just a 50CC decrease gave 'me' was the breast width. I had a lot of side boob with the 460s and they made my boobs look massive. They really were huge, but the decrease now has my boobs 'fitting' my body and they look so much better.

I agree Lil, going for the smaller option allows you choice!

You can vamp 'em up with a bra created to do that and have that natural look with a bra also to create that.

and the beauty of having a BA means that you have that perkiness that's simply not possible from a natural breast of the proportions we opt for from having a BA

This is a nice perky natural slope with no bra



When I was just 50CCs I didn't ever have that 'natural' look. They always looked augmented. For some ladies this is the look they want and opt for, but for me, it wasn't, I prefer to have the benefit of both when I want it and not to have the one look all of the time. Xx

PS says 380cc is fine - no issues (next size up is 435cc and they were too big on me)

Hubby doesn't want them going "too big" by this i assume he means he doesn't want other fellas to be eyeing them up!

Let me know what he says hun....thinking we may know the answer already to that one. This is partly what puts me off the bigger 380 for me.

Good stuff!!! Yes originally he said between 300 -400. Before he got an idea of what i wanted. Blimey I thought 400! wowzers. I quite liked it on to be fair when i tried his 40 but it was too big for me, I want to be in proportion really.
