Not so much ...It is a myth that overs look stuck on. Complete misconception. Overs are great and always PS first choice for placement IF you have enough tissue to hide the edges of implant. Obviously recovery can be much easier with overs....
Unders are good for either very slender or slim girls or ladies with not a lot of tissue or thin tissue...In my case I am NOT a skinny minny at all but after breast feeding my tissue is thin, so the implant would likely show the edges.

A better result will be to go under the muscle for me.

Hi Krizzo! I am petite - im smaller than I think I am. My PS said the 265cc and the 240 cc would be the best for me so I trust him! When i hear and see other women with bigger i think why cant i have them too haha!

I know what u mean, I sometimes think YIKES will I be toooooooo big. I am broad...not chunky ...I am on the left in my profile pic. I was told my nips sit high on my torso so need the high profile to project out more, or else I'd have boobs under my chin! not a good look. LOL

I can't help looking at bras online too misszc. Just need to know what size to buy now! Does anyone have any idea where they will get measured yet? Haven't really got much experience of bra fitting as hated my boobs so much I never got them measured, just bought bras with loads of padding Xxxx

I may of said alredy but my Best friend had 265 unders, she was a 32-24aa now a DD. She is petite, very small frame but they look amazing! Not toooo big but nice and full for her frame. Spot on...x

Candy-----I have heard that it is best to go to a good fitter like Bravissimo....... M and S have poor reviews and I must say I do not like them at all, from past experience.... Debenhams are pretty rubbish as are la senza.
Bravissimo definitely seems preferred by ladies on here

Yeah, something to really look forward to. So many changes to go through first though ...Hopefully the 6 wk mark will come round soon enough and we'll be able to go buy beautiful bras. xx

Hi I've agreed on 365 size partials with my surgeon but I've just emailed him asking if the size bigger would be suitable for me, I'm just worried that I don't get as big as I want to be.

I want to achieve at least a D cup I'm currently empty 32B or is this just boob greed?

Best to be sure (as can be) When I first started looking into sz I was after the 365. But the implant my PS uses comes in 350 or 380 so definitely going for the bigger one now I think.
I think Tink on here has had 365, look at her Avi, I think she is happy with sz but may of liked bigger but wasn't possible on her frame or something. I believe she started at B xx

I think if I was asked the question what I'd rather be too big or too small I'd definitely say too big!

The next size up for me I think was 445 so it's quite a bit bigger and I'm not that young so I don't know what he'll say, I'll try and find someone that's had 365 and see how it looks, thanks x

My mistake tink was 360. I know Gleaming on here had 375s. She has a picture trail, they are AMAZING.

Thanks for that Krizoo it was very helpful, I'm still undecided, I don't want to feel afterwards that I'm not very much bigger & I'm still waiting on surgeon getting back to me.

I started with zilch and wanted 420cc MP or 380cc MP

My surgeon kept saying HP but i.was worried it wpuld be too much now i wish id done it. Mine keep expanding lol but still want bigger. Fitting my 32f bras just. But when im allowed i will get re measured

Also just to.add dont worry if ur not ready at 6 weeks alot of arent til nearer the 12 weeks and alot of surgeons dont see you til 12 weeks so i dony understand how they can give the go aheadfor 6 weeks if they.haven't seen you? xx

Tink thanks so much, I think your size looks FAB, again I would of liked 365 but had to decide between 350 & 380.
Hope I have made the right choice. Was recommended HP by my PS as my nips sit quite high on my torso apparently, don't want boobs under my chin Hysterical

Thanks Krizoo for getting back to me, my hubby is actually fed up talking boobies!

I just want my surgeon to say yes you'll definitely reach a nice D cup but they don't commit to sizes ah well thanks for all your help E x
