Hi ladies! Forgive me for not knowing much yet I'm only just starting to research BA properly at the age of 29 after 10 years of thinking about it! I'm quite new to this site but so glad I found it as it's been invaluable so far !!

I'm hoping to book some consultations after Christmas but I'm at a total loss where to start! Was going to go to the main companies Transform etc, but was advised that BAAPS surgeons are the best! I have the following BAAPS surgeons near me has anyone used them? Would anyone be willing to share pics?

Miss Orla Austin Spire
Mr Phipps at Spire
Mr Fenton at Spire
Mr Ivan Foo
Mr Simon Kay
Mr George Spyrou

Also been recommended to see Dr Philip Turton and Dr Simon Knight,  both work for Spire or Nuffield but they are not on the BAAPS site !! Does that matter??

Has anyone seen those two?

Obviously don't want to see everyone on this lost as consult fees would cost me more than the surgery! Lol!!

Thanks in advance for any advise you can give me ladies x x x

I haven't used any of these surgeons sweetheart but have heard VERY good things of Mr Ivan Foo and also of Mr Phillip Turton.

That's probably no help to you at all Gem, but I just thought I'd pass on the good I've heard of both these surgeons. Xx

As long as you have at least one other consultation for comparison if you think you've found the one that's fine babe... If you see more, all the better to get a clearer idea of who you'd like.

If both if these surgeons work for spire there's a good possibility that you may be able to get to see both for the one consultation fee, so if you just say to them that you're unsure after seeing the first one and would like to see another, I'm sure they'd arrange that for you lovely..

Tink has given fab advise about not letting excitement rule your head hun - already you're doing the ground work in the research you've already done which is great, but do take your time babe. Go home after a consultation and maybe discuss the proposed plan here to ensure you're happy with everything and definitely see at least one other surgeon before making any final decisions xx

I will do! Such great advice! Do you know anything about the insertion of fatty  tissues with breast augmentation? Read that my breast do that and not sure exactly what it involves or results?

I know one thing will have to leave the op until Easter time as I have a 7 week old baby and have read advice you should wait 6 months, so much info I wasn't aware of!! This site is great!!! :) xx

Fat transfer yes

Some fat would be removed from your thighs, or your belly or your bum, whichever your surgeon feels would help most, then the fat is processed into liquid form and injected into your boobs babe.

It will only help you to achieve one or two cup sizes bigger, if you're looking to have anything substantial then its an implant that's going to do that for you.

But if you're just looking to have a bit of fullness to your breasts rather than having bigger breasts then its definitely worth discussing with a surgeon babe.

Do discuss it if its something you're thinking about though. Its best to cover all options available to you before making any final decisions hun. Xx

A surgeon can still be baaps but not on the online baaps page. If you call baaps they can confirm if baaps or not.

I'm seeing Spyrou on Thur.

Good luck x

No babe... You won't get that from high profiles.

If you look at this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I posted some pics of my boobs in different bras - I have high profiles

Its the bras that give us that full upper pole look babe. As you can see from my pics, without a push up bra which I'm wearing in my avatar, my boobs look pretty natural and have a natural slope to them.

However... If it is more of an upper pole look you're interested in then maybe discuss the possibility of a conical implant with your surgeon babe. These do help to give a little more upper pole. Xx
