V Pillow
For anyone looking for a memory foam v pillow, I just found a bargain on the bedding company it's 14.99! :)
Have been looking for ages and my local Argos had sold out!
I was going to get the cocoa butter to hopefully prevent stretch marks, which one do people get? The normal one or the one specifically to stretch marks??
Xxx

Re: V Pillow
In regard to stretch marks, theres sadly nothing that can done to prevent them, they are scars deep into the layers of the skin and are predetermined by your genetics!
Topical creams only penetrate the top layers of skin so can't really repair or prevent them, they can however improve the apperance taking them from an angry red colour to a more faded silvery tone which can be hard to see, the normal Coco butter is pretty good for that :)

Palmers cocoa butter is what's regularly used here babe
Unfortunately if you're skins prone to stretch marks you can use all the oils and lotions you like sweetness - you'll still get 'em, but there's really no harm at all in preparing your skin and getting it in tip-top condition in preparation for for surgery, getting your skin full of moisture and helping to improve the skins elasticity.
I have stretch marks on my breasts ringring, not from my BA but from breast feeding and to have seen them at first they looked terrible, but they're barely visible now thanks to a bit of false tan lol. I do look after my skin too and I don't think its ever to too early to start getting yourself in the routine of doing so babe... So get ya self moisturing lovely! Xx

Re: V Pillow
I have stretch marks too just from when I grew when I was younger, on my legs!! So I'm doomed!! Lol!
I will just moisturise and hope for the best! They do go silvery after time so at least I know they will calm down if they do appear! Xxx

Re: V Pillow
Exactly. And a bit of false tan on then ringring and they look better again!
You barely see mine at all now and I had some pretty deep purple ones on my boobs. To be fair, the breast being stretched out actually made my stretch marks look better. Xx
