Not sure if you will want them in this weather but ice packs are really handy for after your BA to help with the swelling.

Also button up pjs or anything thats easy to put on where you dont have to lift your arms over your head because you wont be able to do this at first. xx

Im going for my sizing on the 18th,

but im hoping for a full C....id love a full D but i have a small ribcage so dont want to look stupid.

I have a wheat bag thing you put in the microwave to heat. I found it brilliant for my back and for my tummy after the ga when it was sore.

Also grapes!! I had such a dry mouth after I woke up I couldn't eat anything apart from grapes...

Thanks Boney, I'm thinking I might need to get myself one of those!! Sports bras are boring so will be nice to buy something colourful! :D Have you girls got a Kush too? I've seen some girls talking about them but are they necessary or will I be okay without it? xx

but basically you put it between your boobies when you sleep specially side sleeping and it supprts your boobs and help save wrinkly cleavage later on and sagging too I think

some girls use rolled up socks
