The furry Brazillian implants have the lowest CC rate. The ones most commonly used here in the UK seem to be the PURE implants. Xx

If you're wanting to stay with the Natrelle range Senora and CC is a concern of yours then as I said in your other thread lovely, the Soft Touch rather then the responsives would be what you're looking to have.
Another 5th generation textured implant is the Nagor Impleo babe, this is on par with the Natrelle Soft Touch.
The textured implants do have a higher risk of CC though then the polyeurothane (furry Brazillians) Xx

Nope. The furries are polyeurothane babe.
Solid form? Your surgeon tends to be telling you some really odd things about the soft touch implants babe... Almost like he's deliberately trying to put you off them.
It just doesn't make sense at all. They aren't at all 'solid' infact they're only a tiny bit firmer than the Responsives and when fully healed give a very natural feel, so its really very strange the things you're being told. Xx

I really do hope you're wrong babe, because I'd hate to think you were being manipulated into buying older implants that 'might' possibly be cheaper for them when there's a newer implant out there that for someone already dealing with CC would be the obvious better option.
I do agree with him about the CUI and Responsives, there's only the additional layer of protection separating the two, other than that they're exactly the same. I researched this myself when only the Responsives were available and decided 'for me' it wasn't worth the additional cost because the CUI have the same stringent testing frim Allergan that the Natrelles do to ensure our saftey, but the 5th generation is the new and improved implant, if that implant was available when I needed my re-op because of the marked differences I'd have opted for the soft touch myself. It just wasn't about then for me though. Xx

Re: low grade cc .which implant is best to prevent cc?
Hi I just had my BA 2days ago at spire hospital in Sutton Coldfield. I researched extensively, in fact I became boob obsessed but I was determined to minimise any risks associated with implants so I decided to go with the polyurethane coated ones (furry brazillians) as they have the lowest rate of cc, they are filled with form cohesive gel which means they won't leak if ruptured and they don't move once implanted so there is no chance of rotation (I had anatomicals).i had 245cc placed over the muscle, my ps recommended this as one of my main concerns was that I didn't want implants "riding high" . I know they're not big implants but I was a b cup ...just...and hope to be a d when I finally get measured, I'm in a d sports bra at the moment, the downside to the brazillians is that they take 6 to 9 months to soften but I decided that was a price worth paying in order to minimise the other risks. I haven't mentioned the actual surgery or after effect here but if anyone's interested of course I will . Thanks for reading and lots of love and luck to you all xx

Yup, you're right Newbieboobie, the furry Brazillians do have the lowest risk of CC - hello and welcome by the way because of the furry texured to the shell they embed themselves to the breast tissue so once placed, there's no budgin' 'em' so like you said, no risk of rotation or flipping with these implants. Surgeons do also need to have been trained in placing these implants because because of the positioning also. They have to be sat in the exact place wanted, so it does require great skill.
Unfortunately Transform don't offer these implants. They offer only Allergan hun. Xx
