binder instead of sports bra
Just wondered if anyone else has to wear a binder across the up of their chest instead of a sports bra for the first week? The surgeon said it's so I don't get the fake look at the Top of my breasts which makes sense but I'm surprised I don't have to wear a sports bra over the top x

Re: binder instead of sports bra
Ladies here are given different insructions all of the time... I wasn't given a binder (most popular with THG ive seen here) but if your surgeon has told you not to wear a sports bra for the first week then that has been tailored to YOU and you should follow it so that you can get the best results possible...we all follow different instructions.
From the top of my head im not sure if anyone has had the same but ive seen women here not wearing a sports bra for a few weeks so your not alone :) x

Few ladies here have had to wear no sports bra and just a binder so you're not alone.
