It is the strap that goes above your new boobs to help them take place. It is for compression so isn't very comfortable. I hope this helps x

It goes across the top of your chest to keep the implants from riding up. Not everyone has to wear one, its surgeons choice. Plus length of wearing depends too. I had mine on for 6weeks. So uncomfortable.

Great advise from the girls. Its just to help keep your breasts nice and stable to give time for the implant to adhere to the Breast pocket.
Not everyone will wear one so don't worry if you just wake up with dressing on your incisions and that's it. We will all have different dressings depending on our own healing. Remember that each BA is tailored to the women own anatomy and to get the right results for them, the post-op dressings and instructions may differ greatly from woman to woman. Xx

The ladies here that have them really differ with them being so uncomfortable! I've found out I havnt got to have one XX

Katie a week is nothing, you'll be so dosed on painkillers and dealing with everything else that you wont notice its there! It'll be fine :)

I've not had a binder. I woke up from my op packed into a rather fetching zip up compression bra with Velcro shoulder straps. Deffo a fashion statement.... Not!! Lolol
