wahoo the binder is off
Only had the binder on a week but its really been getting to me the last two days and when i went to my post op app this morning my ps confirmed i didnt need the binder anymore. WOW i can breathe and wear normal clothes again. I feel bit vunerable now but its such a relief. My dressings came off too and im healing well apparently. Going back next wk to see if the knot to the dissolvable stitches is dissolving or if it needs to b cut off(yuk). Still cant believe i have boobies wahoo

I'm a month in and if my little bit leans to hard I'm still like have the popped lol! First 2 weeks sports bra of for 5 mins makes u feel like they may fall out the incisions and the only thing holding them in is the plasters lol xx

Re: wahoo the binder is off
yeah knowing the plasters have gone too made me worry lol i think coz she talked to me bout the dissolvable stitches and the knots dont always dissolve and have to b cut off, it all just made me feel sick and think about it all too much and so then i did worry bout them falling out lol silly coz ive been showing since the op but its only wen plasters came off i panicked lol xxx

Re: wahoo the binder is off
I still wear mine to bed too (speaking of the vulnerable part). I'm not used to just freely laying there with them flopping around everywhere. With the binder on, keeps my new lady lumps all warm, snug and secure :)

Haha really good I check em after every shower watch the changes they went from sore and red to a white line overnight almost can't wait to be able to put stuff on them I'm dark skinned so scars show up more on me so will be getting the best stuff for my incisions not that anyone will see till I'm topless on the beach lol! Re: wahoo the binder is off
You'll be fine sleeping before u know it! I've found myself rolling on my belly without realising! But if I'm awake I'm like no way they'll pop if I lay flat on front! Or if little man pokes them which he does a lot xx

Re: wahoo the binder is off
Yeah, I'm sleeping on my sides now, but that's the thing, because I sleep with it on still and sleep on my side, which is comfy, when I don't wear it to bed and sleep on my side, I'm not used to the feeling of them flopping to the side because I don't have the support from the binder to keep them in place. Guess that's just something we'll have to get used to down the line.
Dang that was a long sentence with the word "side" everywhere.
