Hi girls, just got back from having me stitches out.
Well it was like falling into a combine head first...........only joking............... Just lil bit of pinching and pulling.............    Bit red but so good to get all gauze and stitches out....
The nurse commented on how tiny the surgeons stitches were....... Think they were bit fiddly.......... Ooooops....... And I was day late, bet she loved me....
Onto my boobs had all dressings off, again tiny lil fine scars. I thought they would be bigger, about 3-4cm if that....
I've got nothing on them now, and go ahead for showers........ Got no dressings....... They nakey now.......she said all his stitching inside................ I feel bit exposed I must say......... But hey know what they doing.
Got to wear sports bra for 6 weeks, no wires then can go onto  normal bras.......... So all good.........
Also I can side sleep on 2-3 pillows............ 
So girls I'm one happy bunny..... Xxx

I felt the same! I was so aware of them being bare but your get used to it :) 
Enjoy the shower!! its great to feel clean and not worry about the boobs falling off! Im excited for mine now... Did she jiggle them around lol? im hoping I have a different nurse this time around xx

I know I keep getting them out now. Hahaha.....
It's very exciting, that shower will feel lush....... Can't wait. However can't get my face wet today, just to let it settle then tomorrow full shower..... Woop woop!!!!!
She had lil feel about. I jiggled them when I got home. Hubby happy......... 
I'm still swollen, she said left is a lot more swollen.
I've not got to go back now until 5th December, better check that. Don't want to get it wrong. As that's when I see the surgeon............

Another question, I want to buy my surgeon a present and get a thankyou card, as I'm so happy. Is that normal. I also want to get his secretary something. And maybe some biscuits for the nursing staff........... They have all been so good. And my next appointment is close to Christmas..... Xx

Omg bizzy lol you read my mind!! I wanted to buy my surgeon something also because im so happy haha! I don't know what to get a millionaire though (im sure they all are!) I just thought a thank you card and a box of chocs but that sounds lame so im not sure lol!

I bet your eyes feel a bit free-er now :) Understandable about not getting them wet! you wouldn't want to risk the soap in the eyes!

Glad all went well Bizzy such a relief when you finally get those stitches out and you see what little neat incisions are left behind.  I wss really worrief bout scarring having the lift too but they are amazing.

I was thinking nice box of chocs and a bottle..... With a thankyou card. Think that's what I will do. "Tis the season" and all that.  It is hard what do you buy a man who's got it all?  I'm sure at Christmas a bottle would go down nicely.
Or nice briefcase?   It's very hard! 

Anyone brought there surgeons anything......... Ideas please? Xx

ha ha I know but he'd probably like it. Yep a good bottle if something would be good idea. I was thinking of getting the cosmetic nurse something because she was so kind and reassuring when I had the wobbles x

It's hard isn't it when they have all been good. May get bickies for staff. Blinking eck when I next walk in with all my gifts...... Hahahahahahaha! Hubby said just buy them all something........ And the anaethetist................ Think he's being funny........... Men don't understand........xx

lol they don't quite understand how pleased we are do they. My husband laughed when he saw I'd tried on bikini tops and taken progress pics! x

Glad you're feeling better and free-er Bizzybabe!

Ha ha you girls are so nice - yes I am very very happy with my boobs but after the amount of money I had to pay for them they can all go take a short walk off a long plank for any gifts thats for sure!!!!! Of course I'm on nights, and after night 1 I managed a measly 3 hours sleep so am rather grouchy........but I don't think a great rest would change my mind on this stand....now would my bank balance allow for it. If anyone's having champagne at Christmas it'll be ME. Lol.

Gifts from patients are always appreciated, for nursing staff trust me chocolate of biscuits is the way forward. We hyperventilate with horror when the tin is empty on the nurses station. I have kept all my cards i have ever got from patients and families and they still mean the world to me. I think we all like praise and pleasing patients no matter whether we are consultant or ward domestic 

I can't help the way I am, I do think a little thankyou goes along way..... 
That's like in my trade at Christmas clients are so giving. It's just appreciation.... 

 Hope you girls are all well, I'm doing good. Had a drive out today to sort some issues with my car. Now I'm chilling...... And will for rest of today as it pouring ( and I mean pouring down) with rain. So I won't be going very far.........

Bizzy I've just been to the hairdresser and had my highlights redone, feels amazing to get my roots done and made me think of you haha :) 

I can run up the stairs and my boobies don't hurt so fingers crossed a week today I'll get the go ahead to treat them as my own... 
Ten weeks to Xmas today I think it is :D xx

I bet that felt good, I went and had mine blow dryed last night....... I was moaning and groaning at the basin having it washed...... It felt so good..........think I'm going for the dip dyed look at mo, with more dipped.........

Normally on xmas my boyfriend stays round mine xmas eve and we open presents and then all go to his house and we all have dinner together and open a few more!
I wish pigs in blankets wasn't just for xmas lol!

Going to the 02 tomorrow night to see micky Flanagan! Have a nice dress (not dressy dressy) that shows off the new boobs shape without the macom on show lol :) xx

It's amazing what you learn in the hairdressers.... We know it all before it hits the papers........ Terrible really.....
I'm so good at listening too, we become councillor s, people confide in us....... Bless them... It can be quite emotionally draining....... But I love my job....

I did start my Christmas shopping Boxing Day at next........ Fab sale...... And just got lots stocking fillers.............
Not sure what we are doing, I want to do lunch but my mum wants to do it...... So it's debate able at mo. we always go in laws for tea...... It's really nice.

Last new year we went to a posh black and white ball at a big manor house.......... Wish I had my boobs then. Thinking of going this new year..... Got to get an amazing dress.......

We had a great chat!! I found out that a girl I knew from school got held up at gun point (scary).. The temp who was working there was a compulsive liar who just didn't turn up one day and her OH popped in with their little 3 year old who was really cute :) so feeling much better...

Anyway lol! That sounds great, beautiful new year dress sounds amazing!
