I popped into bravissimo today and tried on the freya deco soft cup bra in a 30 dd as they didn't have the 32d and it was amazing, sorted out my cleavage worries so walked away knowing that will be the bra I will buy in a couple of weeks add I'm not sure I'll feel ready for wires..

Can I just have a rant. .  I had only told a couple of people about my op and one of the friends I told had said to the other one. . What a waste of 4 grand, Becky looks no different.. The surgeon couldn't fit any bigger in but also I want keen on people noticing at school and wanted the natural look.   My Bras leading up to the op got more padded so I guess that's the reason why. . But going from not even an A to a D is surely a fair difference..  I feel like showing her piccies of me before and after and show her the flipping difference. .  Can't wait to be in a normal bra so I can dress to flatter instead of these sports bras. ..    sorry rant over!!..  xxxx

Oh Grrrrrr! You pay no attention Bex, cheeky bloomin cow! A to a D is a huge difference........wait til you see her face when you can dress those babies up xxx

Bex that's not nice if your friend! What a mean thing to say!! Your still in your sports bra at the moment, still healing and yes wore padded bras but wait until your fully healed and in wires and then let her say something so harsh because you will be working them and showing just what a difference it has been!!

It isn't about having a BA to be huge like a glamour model it's for our confidence and what we look like now!! Made me angry too! People think it's their business to tell others! Just nasty for no reason... Xx

Sassy, I'm sleeping real good now, I'm sleeping on my side........ FINALLY!!!!
I went back to work on Monday, was lil achey but I'm real good now.......
I'm going to gym Sunday for bike ride and lil walk on treadmill see how I get on.........
I cannot wait to have bounce.... Want lots of bounce with me running.

Bexx how good did it feel going into Bravissimo when you thought you'd be laughed off the doorstep?! That just goes to show that silly woman that you've gone through a massive change.  Most of us here didnt set out to do this to be the next Dolly Parton just to feel good about ourselves. I think mine just look like I'm wearingy super paffed bra but the real bonus is that when that bea comes off they look fab and stay put instead of head towards my belly lol. Take no notice hun x

Yes I'm glad I got measured... The fitter wasn't a teenager which made me feel better... I'm happy with size and just got to show how cc's are different for everyone :)

Wow Jen, a 4 mile walk, all that fresh air helps. You having trouble sleeping too? 
I've been going to bed later too. Hoping I will be that tired...
I'm on long shift tomorrow........ So should sleep like a baby, and even get extra hour on Saturday night, so can't be bad!!!!! Xx

Aww I'm so pleased to hear that Bizz - was getting worried about you, theres nothing worse then not sleeping well. I know how I feel after a week of nights (I literally sleep for 3 hours after each night shift  ) it really starts to get you down, I turn in to an evil beast of a woman. I'm usually LOVELY of course lol  

Just go really easy at the gym honey, I built up dead slowly xx

Not exactly trouble sleeping but trouble sleeping through the night , keep waking up in the middle of the night and not falling back to sleep... So a walk was in order!!

It feels good to be able to do things again... Sassy today I've noticed a booby bounce!!! Xx

YAY!!! He he he oh that was the most exciting thing for me throughout this whole journey!! It just came out of no where and is there all the time he he he! LOVE IT 

It does feel amazing!!! I went out to lunch yesterday and caught a waiter having a cheeky peek!! Made me and my boyfriend laugh... I love looking at them just as much as he does!! Xx

Wow excellent news on the bounce  

So i seem to have got a small rash on the inside of my right boob towards the bottom, not near the incisions though. Im taking antihiss tablets and started to put antihiss cream on, I called the clinic and have to call back on monday.  Should i be worried?.

Do you think it could be heat rash? Ive had a few little ones near my cleavage area that have gone by themselves... I didn't really know what they were but only lasted a day or so...? Ive never seen anyone on here who had a rash that caused them a problem so I think it should be ok... Your ticker says 1 month today!! xx

Is it from the rubbing of your bra babe? Don't scratch it I'm sure it will be fine, don't worry, I expect by Monday it will be gone! Surprised you have to wait until then.

I don't think it could be a heat rash mainly because I'm freezing all the time at the minute. .  I think they would have been more concerned if it was within the first week or two. .  (Can't believe is 1 month already)..  I don't think any of them rub there but am going to put the anti hiss on and then a cotton wool pad on top jusy to see. .  It doesn't hurt, is itchy at times but don't scratch it, if I  accidentally do is like torture.. 

Is only about 3cm x 2cm so not massive but annoying. .  Xx

Hopefully your all feeling good this weekend... Thank you! its from boux avenue... after trying it on I decided to treat myself to a set afterall and buy the rest cheap in colours such as blacks and lighter one from somewhere where they arnt as expensive lol! :)
I want a plunge type bra to try and bring them together more.. :)  xxx
