Re: September Buddies
Hmph. Dunno how much I've missed this time but I went to go on the September buddies thread the other day and it had gone! I guess where its changed into another thread again because we've blabbered so much!
How is everyone? Good luck with you check up today Jen! Oh exciting......hopefully no more sports bras!!!
I've had a couple of milestones now - did my first proper non stop 5 miles run the other day YAY - no repercussions so far! No pain and not too slow either which is good, was worried my fitness level would've dropped a lot but all seems good!
Got measured - I am at present a 32E. And today in my sports bra at work I got a double boobie bounce!!!! I had a little smile to myself about that and immediately thought about you lot ha ha!
Hope your check went OK today Jen and good news about the interview! Let us know how you get on eh
Bizzy how are you doing darling? Are you sleeping any better yet? How's your face?! And boobitures?! xx

Re: September Buddies
Hi sassy! great to hear from you!! weve chatted so much our conversation has been deleted twice! lol... :( shame because I would have loved to go back to the beginning to see our build up!
Sounds like your doing amazingly well! Great news about the run, bet it made you feel amazing... and its 32E woohoo! yay boobie bounce haha.... I don't think ive had that yet!
Well im back from my check up! I thought it would be a quick check up but I was in there about 20 minutes which I was happy about.. . my boobies were touched, squeezed and moved again and I was about to run away but it felt fine, and still ok now :)
I was told that im healing well, the incisions are healing as they should and I can wear wires!!! woohoo :D Im even allowed to have a bath which is incredible! I cant wait for that.... so it all went well and seeing my surgeon again on the 3rd of December...
We looked at the pictures to compare and just made me feel so happy!
I havnt got measured but I plan to asap...I want to know lool :) I think I might tomorrow as im heading out! xx

Jen glad you're healing well and all is as it should be and the go ahead for wires - excellent
well I didnt chicken out and went into john lewis today, was going to do bravissimo but thought they would turn me away for being too small but JL measured me as a 32d and the sports bra they used felt amazing but another £40 for something i'll only wear for another 2 weeks so didnt purchase so now searching the internet for one thats a bit cheaper ?
Do you girls think I should stick with a sports bras or try a soft cup bra. Bravissimo do one which looks like it might help shrink my cleavage.. xxx

Re: September Buddies
I will kel lol, and then I will let you know!!
Thanks bex :D im really happy, cant believe how time has flown by!
Wow sounds like a great size!! (if they do the add 4 in JW you might find in other shops your a 30E?! not sure if JW do that or not) I think that's how it works lol... I agree.. you might find some on ebay for the time being?
I have seen on here that whatever you go for it does need to be a high impact type bra as you still need that support until your surgeon says otherwise?
I just really hope you get comfortable because I hated that feeling! xx

Re: September Buddies
That does sound like a long time! Maybe you could get in to book an appointment to see a nurse? Because in that case you might be allowed to rid the sports bra before seeing the surgeon...
Im hoping to get measured this week.... probably tomorrow! I have a choice of places to go but I wont get to bravissimo for a week or two I don't think...after school holiday! xx

Oh Jen that's great news honey! Glad it went well and yes you must get measured asap! Lol. Kelly I'm not seeing my Ps until the 7 week mark either which was why I decided to do it this week. Bex honestly stick to the sports bras, like Jen said you need the support babe. I can't wait to wear wires!!! How much do you reckon size will change now? I'm so desperate to buy bras but don't want to waste money if I'm gonna go up or down a size........ Xx

Re: September Buddies
I have no idea how much we will change sassy! I think it must be an individual thing... I wouldn't think more than a cup size but not sure!! its hard not being able to buy bras knowing they might not fit lol!! hoping that by Christmas we will feel more comfortable buying bras to last! xx

Re: September Buddies
Oh so glad you're coming along Bizzy and sleeping better! That's fab news - when you you back to work babe? I did body combat for the first time last night, I loved it but it was a bit scary now my boobs have suddenly gained their bounce.... I was very aware of it/them. No pain though. I ran into work this morning, also a bit odd with the bounce (they didn't have the bounce on my last run on Sunday!) LOL) I guess that will just take a bit of getting used to!
Jen go get sized today!!! Xx

Re: September Buddies
I feel that although my boobs are dropping, they still are quite form and round to my chest so I feel I have a way to go... I'm still out now and realising how difficult it is to find 32E bras!! I will still go bravissimo after this school holiday xxx
