Re: December Buddies
That's it decided then your gut's saying 460 so 460 it is.
I'm going for the Nagor Impleos mod round overs, i've got my pre op tomorrow, felt a bit of a nervy tummy today for 1st time, freaking out about my uneven boobs in my before pics hasn't helped, i bet i share that with the nurse tomoz when all the poor woman'll be doing is my health checks.
My hubby bought me some new slippers today, as he said i can't go into hos with my minging old ones, i'n trying not to biy anything i don't really need as still have a couple of xmas pressies to get.
Have you got your kids pressies sorted? X

Hey Louise...oh my thoughts are with Wonderwoman today, i never thought a BA would cause so many emotions!!
Good luck with your pre-op. It can't hurt to ask the nurse, she may decide to send a pic to your surgeon just to put your mind at rest. I'm sure it will all be fine, don't be nervous
Oh that's sweet of your hubby. My slippers are a disgrace, but a new pair is on my xmas list LOL! I've bought most of my xmas presents now and post op stuff - shopping has been my way of not worrying about the Op! I've decided to be very strict and only buy a few gifts for the girls this year. They always get given so much by Grandparents etc, and they really are too small to want for much. Otherwise we'll need a bigger house for all the plastic toys!! How about you? xxx

Re: December Buddies
Oh I know MissC, my uneven boobs seem very trivial today, after hearing Wonderwoman's situation. I'm due my period and think they're a bit uneven due to that as my left does tend to get a bit more tender at my time of mnth, so I feel a bit better today, thanks hun.
I can't stop thinking about Wonderwoman's post, I've asked myself what would I do if my hubby said that to me, I absolutely adore him and I'd be devastated.
Wonderwoman if you read this, we're all here for you sweetheart.
I've tried to reign it in this year too with kids pressies, my little boy wrote his list and it was 2 pages long, so he had to rewrite it and narrow it down, a good lesson for him I think, they do get so spoiled nowadays and all these blooming techno gadgets like Tablest etc are blooming expensive. (Listen to me when I'm about to part with almost £4k for a pair of boobs, lol)

Re: December Buddies
Hmmm ...
I was not prepared for my break up too - esp since it was on the same day as my last consultation ..
I made up my mind to go ahead though with my BA and end the r/ship too ..
We were not married (thankfully) - its funny - he started the whole BA stuff and initially i was not hung on it or bothered - then i found this forum - read loads up, soaked it in and then got boobie craze..
He had agreed to chip in - but i have not heard from him since then (hoping not too either)..
I had a feeling he became insecure at the last minute - cos it meant i was going to have the BA that would give me much more attention than he could handle - he felt threatened and also felt he had not gotten enough commitment from me ..
He would make remarks like - if we pay for the boobies together - you have to promise not to ever leave me .. and i would say NO ..
cos i dont know what tomorrow holds - and yes i do care alot - but i am not willing to be a back bench - done that for loads of years and this new yr - i am been SELFISH - starting with my BA!!!
anyways - i feel my OH was insecure ...
Wonderwoman - i send you all my hugs!!!
Now my ticker says 7 days - i am not excited and neither am i worried ... am kinda placid now .. i dont know why ..
I got the following:
Onesie - primark £11
Arnica - pharmacy £5
Slippers - primark £3.5
V pillow - tesco - £10.99
that's it so far..
I have this weekend to do all the last min shopping / cooking ...
Mon - here i come

Re: December Buddies
Prettylil 7 days woohoo, until a whole new chapter for you, well done lady for being strong.
Had my pre op today, it was longer than thought, I expected to be in an hour, had hubby sitting outside watching my little girl, I ended up in for an hour, she drove him mad stuck in the car for that time.
There was so many swabs taken from lots of places, it makes you feel a bit paranoid, I got stage fright trying to pee in the cup, my blood pressure was too high and had to get it taken 3 times and then I'm asking the blooming nurse is my surgeon good, will he do a good job! Oh I'm glad that's done with now, I just want to get on with it all now and get op out of the way, here's hoping the next 2 weeks are calm.x

Re: December Buddies
OMG Prettylil, you're making me nervous, lol, arrghh 6 days. I had those crazy thoughts last night too, about leabing my kids for the sake of vanity, it's mental bonkers torture we're putting ourselves through, just for the drama, lol I love a drama, lol.
My nurse told me to get Arnica yesterday, where do I get that is it tablets?
I'd still pack a little bag for day case, clean pants for sure in case you wet yourself with excitement on the day

May, I'm having my op in 9 days!!!!! 5th December, it's come round unbelievably quick!
Prettylil I keep having these scary feelings where I think "what if I don't make it" should I leave letters for my family who don't even know about the op and then I think should I tell my husband I'm thinking this, and get the, I told you so speech. Am I being totally paranoid!
