Boobs are costing me a fortune!x
When I was pre-BA I would think nothing nothing of buying a bra which would be twenty quid at most for a good one! and even then, unless it was for something *coughs* special... Lol, I would never bother with the matching Knicks because I had a draw full of Knicks to mix and match, but now!!!!!
I've GOT to have he knickers with the matching bra, its just not debatable an its costing approx £50 -£60 a set!
Theses boobs will be the financial ruin of me! Lol
Be aware pre-oppers.... This doesn't get any cheaper AFTER surgery! X

Agreed , not so much on the matching knocks as more often than not I don't wear any!
However the more choice of bras, styles, colours and not forgetting the outfits that our new boobs will look great in and and just HAVE to have! X

Oh no!!!! Well hopefully I'll get some money for christmas and birthday then can go bra shopping :) will be nice to get some bras that fit instead of gaping at the top!!
On another note just swapped my macom ( to wash) to one of the marks and spencer zip up front which is a 32E!!!!!! Wonder what size I'll end up after they've settled.

How can you wear no knickers if you're wearing a skirt? Hahaha ooooo no, couldn't wear no knickers! I have no no VPL knickers, me thongs, me normal knickers and my new very lush 1940s style ones which I adore. I think vintage glamour is very sexy!
A knicker for ANY occasion!
Must be a generation thing... Like me grandad who couldn't go out without a hanky... And I presume his undies! Hahaha

Haha I am with you on the knickers too cookie!!
But buying bras has become a very expensive shopping habit! I love the fact I can now pick up most bras in a shop and buy it, not have to worry about it not having enough padding or being gappy!! It's the best feeling ever... Although my bank account and my overflowing drawers probably don't feel so great!! Xx

rach at least once you've invested in some good sports bras they should last for a good while!
with other lingerie its tempting to buy more because its pretty, but i think with sports bras its more about functionality :)
speaking of sportsbras though, i do need to buy some more..... hahaha

I was so excited to wear my first set of matching undies! Even for my tshirt bras I got matching boy shorts! Love it! But yes, it's already cost hubby a small fortune in birthday bras, and It's just more websites for me to lose hours on!

I'm a matching knickers girl too!!
And like Mrs Ball said, it's all the outfits I look out now, thinking "oooh, yes I could wear that now!!"
Shopping trips have definitely got a whole heap more expensive since booby day!!,

I've bought shock absorber level 4 since my BA, I'm back training and everything again now. The shock absorber is excellent, I'm a 32E atm and these babies don't go anyway in that contraption - even when running - can't recommend it enough.rachij wrote:Hee hee!!! I was a nightmare on the matching sets BEFORE my BA. My ex got me addicted, he bought 72 matching sets of underwear (for my old teeny boobies) to stop me having a BA!!!! Now I won't buy a bra without the matching undies.....it does become somewhat costly!
And power to you girls on the no knickers!!!! I thought just boys did that......or us for a cheeky surprise on a night out LOL! I've occassionally gone commando to avoid a knickerline but otherwise I think I'd feel naked without ha ha!

Re: Boobs are costing me a fortune!x
I've got a couple of really nice matching sets (gathering dust) #foreveralone haha, but other than that everything is miss matched nobody sees them so there's no point.. plus in Bravissimo, the bras are expensive but the knickers are ALSO very expensive and I don't get why :S xx

Re: Boobs are costing me a fortune!x
My guess would be that because Bravissimo are 'specialised' for the more boobilisheous ladies they can get away with racking up their prices........grrrrr
I do my best to get stuff in sales, asos are good also brandalley have some good lingerie sales.......and of course good ol ebay! xx

Re: Boobs are costing me a fortune!x
Its the same buying from most the leading manufacturers in any shop. The knickers cost almost as a much as a bra... Its madness, but I can't walk away without the Knicks so do begrudgingly pay.
Debenhams Gorgeous range isn't bad though... They generally give the knickers free with any bras you buy so mrsball and Tink - if you get any free knickers with a gorgeous bra from debenhams.... Feel free to send 'em on to me
