possible rupture? Empty possible rupture?

hi!

My left implant is completely different to my right. It droops a lot and my nipple position is way off compared to the other nipple. I cant feel the implant unless i really dig for it too and looks 'saggy' not perky like the right side. 

I previously had asymmetry and have two different sized implants but its gotten quite bad. I have some pics if you were able to take a look to see what you think it could be?
please let me know so i can send you them.
